Agrifood tech. Mercy Corp Ventures invested in California-based Epoch, which connects consumer goods companies to small emerging market producers and finances their sustainability improvements via insetting… ResponsAbility invested in India’s FarMart to streamline food supply chains.

Circular economy. TPG Rise Climate led the $100 million Series A financing round of Syre, a Stockholm-based textile recycling company launched by H&M Group and Swedish impact investor Vargas.

Energy transition. Czech startup Delta Green notched €2.2 million ($2.4 million) to link households using and generating power from solar panels, batteries, heat pumps and EVs into the electricity grid… Green infrastructure investor Homecoming Capital backed US-based offshore wind developer Clean Energy Terminals with $50 million… PosiGen inked $150 million from Brookfield Asset Management to expand access to renewable energy in underserved communities… Reactive Technologies raised £25 million to expand its energy stability service.

Financial inclusion. Mexico City-based Jeeves secured a $75 million credit facility from Community Investment Management to expand cross-border payments in Latin America… Trio of impact deals support India’s rural communities and entrepreneurs.

Green mobility. Several firms including Airbus, BMW and Michelin will get a share of €1.4 billion ($1.5 billion) in public funding from the European Commission for clean hydrogen fuel projects… Spiro, which manages a fleet of 14,000 electric motorcycles with swappable batteries in Benin, Togo, Rwanda and Kenya, secured a $50 million line of credit from the African Export-Import Bank to expand its footprint in more African countries.

Investing in health. California-based TadHealth raised $1.6 million for its software for mental health services in schools for K-12 students… Mexico’s Welbe Care raised $7 million to help small businesses provide healthcare access to employees who otherwise struggle to obtain basic care services… Robert Wood Johnson doubled its impact investing mandate with $325 million commitment.

Low-carbon transition. Clean Energy Ventures raised $305 million for industrial decarbonization…Mirova, Temasek and Rubicon Carbon seek carbon credits from South African restoration project.
