About this Role
You will join the Private Debt Fund Operations team, which consists of four members based in Milan. As a Middle Office Fund Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing several funds assigned to you. Your role includes performance monitoring, transaction execution, and managing control and reporting duties. You will oversee the end-to-end operational processes related to fund management, ensuring compliance, and liaising with various service providers for accurate NAV calculation and reporting. Your supervisory duties will include overseeing junior analysts and enhancing communication within the team and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to modeling fund performance and budget monitoring
- Calculate and control NAV in relation with service providers
- Contribute to investor reporting
- Coordinate the creation of new funds
- Participate in the execution of transactions
- Coordinate fundraising appeals and distributions
- Monitor cash flow and investment capacity
- Monitor investments (drawings, interest payments, repayments, etc.)
- Maintain reference bases
- Conduct specific analyses at the request of managers or clients
- Select and monitor relationships with service providers
- Coordinate accounting and payments
- Supervise analysts
- Propose improvements for tools and processes
- Facilitate communication between teams and senior management
Requirements
- Bac+5 Business School/Engineering
- 5 years of experience in similar functions
- Fluent in English and Italian
