About this Role
Join our global Environmental and Social Risk team and play a pivotal role in providing guidance on managing material environmental and social risks. In this position, you will be part of a team that provides expert advice on ESR in transactions, helps develop and implement group-wide ESR policies, and contributes to ESG disclosures. Your role will involve supporting ESR reviews, conducting technical analysis, and monitoring transactions and clients. You will collaborate with business groups on new products and contribute to delivering ESR systems, projects, and policy implementation. Additionally, you will prepare training materials and support key topics such as climate and human rights risk, while monitoring sector trends to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on environmental and social risks in transactions.
- Develop and implement group-wide ESR policies.
- Contribute to ESG disclosures.
- Support ESR reviews, technical analysis, and monitoring of transactions and clients.
- Collaborate with business groups on new products.

Requirements
- 4–8 years’ experience in environmental and social risk, ESG, or sustainability, ideally within a financial institution or due diligence provider.
- Strong understanding of financial services products and advisory, risk, and capital solutions.
- Relevant qualifications in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Law, or related fields.
- Proven ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency as a plus.
