We are currently looking for a Senior Relationship Manager Investment to join our team in our Brussels office.


How will you contribute to the team?

  • You assist business clients, organisations or government institutions in managing Triodos Bank savings and investment products.
  • You build a long-term relationship of trust with customers and act as their direct contact within the bank.
  • You identify commercial opportunities and convert them into sales opportunities by acquiring new customers. In this way you contribute to the further expansion of Triodos Bank on the Belgian market.
  • You represent Triodos Bank at events aimed at specific target groups, which can also take place in the evenings and at weekends.

You will report directly to the Head of Business Banking.

The following is required for success in this position:

  • You have a master’s degree and relevant work experience in private banking.
  • You are customer-oriented, make contact easily and know how to identify sales opportunities in a professional manner. Prospecting is a task that both inspires and motivates you.
  • You are co-responsible for developing and implementing the strategic and financial objectives of the Business Banking department.
  • You are stress-resistant, meticulous, efficient, and able to manage multiple files simultaneously and handle them in a timely manner.
  • You have a positive attitude and see failure (for example in the area of ​​prospecting) as an opportunity to learn and make progress.
  • You can work independently and show initiative.
  • You also work in a team.
  • You enthusiastically guide the Impact Relationship Managers of the Business Banking department with everything from savings to investments.
  • You work closely with the Relationship Managers Investment of the Personal and Private Banking sales department.
  • You speak fluent Dutch or French for prospecting and customer follow-up and have a good knowledge of the other national language and English.
  • You are interested in the work domains of Triodos Bank.
  • You will not only receive customers at Triodos offices, but also visit them at home, which makes a driving license essential.
