As a salesperson within the Private Wealth Solutions team at Tikehau Capital, you will play a central role in the growth of the company by effectively managing a commercial portfolio. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Client portfolio management: supervise the integration, support and maintenance of relationships with potential investors across all Tikehau Capital products. This includes managing the entire sales cycle, from first contact through to support and follow-up.
  • Product and asset class knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Tikehau Capital’s products and asset classes, including private debt, private equity, real estate and capital markets strategies, in order to communicate effectively the value proposition to customers.
  • Geographic coverage: cover Luxembourg and Belgium to interact with clients and prospects, establish and maintain relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and Family Offices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with local offices to ensure alignment of sales strategies and execution, fostering strong collaboration and communication channels.
  • Reporting: Use tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and Excel to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.

 

Additionally, you will need to:

  • Identify and contact potential investors, leveraging your expertise and network within the private banking or asset management sectors.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of local regulatory frameworks governing financial products to ensure compliance in all sales activities.
  • Plan and execute local events to promote the Tikehau Capital brand and increase its awareness among target markets.
    Position based in Belgium, frequent travel to be expected within Belgian and Dutch territory.

  • Geographical coverage: travel across Luxembourg and Belgium to engage with clients and prospects, building and maintaining relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), and local single/multi Family Offices.
  • Collaboration: work closely with local offices to ensure alignment in sales strategies and execution, fostering strong collaboration and communication channels.
  • Reporting: utilize tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Excel to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.

Additionally, you will be expected to:

Location: based in Belgium, frequent trips on the Belgium and Dutch territories.

Profile :

  • Language skills: Fluent in Flemish, French and English, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues across multiple regions.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial role within a private bank or asset management, with proven fundraising and sales experience
  • Market knowledge: good understanding of the Luxembourg and Belgian markets
  • Excellent interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various customer profiles and adapt solutions to identified needs.
