About this Role
A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior ESG Manager to drive their ESG and Responsible Business (RB) initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, global environment with a major focus on mandatory and emerging reports such as TCFD, GRI, CSRD, and CSDDD. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to refine and implement the ESG strategy, driving operational change across the organisation. They will collaborate with senior stakeholders to integrate material ESG factors and enhance our ESG reporting. Additionally, the Senior ESG Manager will stay ahead of client expectations, develop innovative ESG solutions, and catalyse change within the organisation. Managing and mentoring the ESG team, ensuring data management excellence and supporting global sustainability initiatives will also be key responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with leadership to refine and implement the ESG strategy, driving operational change across the organisation.

- Stay ahead of client expectations, develop innovative ESG solutions, and catalyse change within the organisation.
- Manage and mentor the ESG team, ensuring data management excellence and supporting global sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
- A background in a consultancy or professional services.
- A seasoned ESG leader with experience in developing and implementing ESG strategies within large, complex organisations.
- An exceptional communicator and influencer, comfortable engaging with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills.
