About this Role
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate for an immediate opening. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions. The candidate will primarily work with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit. Candidates should be adept at leading scopes of work within a team and managing junior attorneys. Superior academic credentials, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Candidates must have an active bar license in the state corresponding to the office they’re applying to or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. Responsibilities
- Lead scopes of work within a team.
- Manage and oversee more junior attorneys.
- Handle wind, solar, and battery storage real estate transactions.
- Work primarily with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit.

- Manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant real estate transactions.
- Experience with wind, solar, and/or battery storage transactions.
- Excellent academic credentials.

- Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional judgment.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
- Active bar license in the state corresponding to the office, or a commitment to obtaining one promptly.
