Through our joint venture Realize Capital Partners, we’re managing the Government of Canada’s Social Finance Fund (SFF), aimed at accelerating social finance and amplifying nationwide impact. Part of our mission involves building programs to support Social Finance Intermediaries (SFIs) and Social Purpose Organizations (SPOs) in their Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) practices, enhancing their capacity to collect decision-relevant data and deepen their impact.

We’re hiring an Associate, Impact Management to join our dynamic team. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to influence impact investment strategies and drive real change. Reporting to the Head of Impact Management, you’ll liaise with key stakeholders, coordinate the implementation of these capacity-building programs, and evolve our IMM function.
