- ESG & Impact Due diligence
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of investees’ Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices and their overall impact. Employ our proprietary tools to ensure consistency and precision in these assessments. Record all ESG & Impact assessments accurately within the Investment notes and other databases
- ESG & Impact – Data Collection, Monitoring and Reporting
- Support the collection, management, and analysis of impact data, both quantitative and qualitative from portfolio companies
- Work on developing / Support the annual impact report content development and design process along with identified industry partner(s)
- Engage with portfolio companies to enhance their impact reporting and analysis the inclusion of new metrics if needed
- Support monitoring of impact and ESG risks identified during diligence and developing of further action plans
- Coordinate with the Investor Relations team on impact report requests from investors and advisors
- Policies and Processes
Take charge of implementing the Impact framework for both ongoing and new investees - Ensure that relevant policies and procedures related to the investment process remain current and aligned with the framework
- Developing the impact investing franchise externally (communications)
- Contribute to blogs, highlights, and success stories of impact cases from portfolios
- Support the development and maintenance of impact narrative on the website and on social media
- Coordinate with the credit and investor relations team and develop presentations, reports etc. for key stakeholders
