This role is in office Monday through Thursday in London.


Blue Owl is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join as an Office Manager. This position is crucial to the London office’s daily operations.


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain the inventory of office supplies, anticipate needs, and place orders as required.
  • Manage office facilities, including liaising with building operator and maintenance vendors, coordinating on the ground projects in London with NY HQ and scheduling/overseeing repairs onsite.
  • Ensure the office premises are functioning correctly.
  • Report/Resolve any of the following: Sit/Stand furniture malfunctions, AV Technology in close coordination with AV vendor and Blue Owl IT, disrepairs that may require fixing or touch up
  • Discuss any requested changes to premises with NY Head of Facilities
  • Liaise directly with property management
  • Maintain accurate records and reconcile expenses for office vendors including shipping providers, office supply vendors, food service vendors, etc.
  • Develop local partnerships for select operations we wish to expand to UK, including business card production, car service provider, on site food & beverage/catering, etc. and coordinate logistics for these vendors.
  • Partner with HR and Corporate Operations & Strategy with onboarding new office locations throughout EMEA.
  • Partner with NY teams across HR, IT, Corporate Sustainability, Corporate Marketing and more to ensure a seamless office experience to London.
  • Implement security protocols (e.g., access control, visitor badges) and serve as point of contact for Blue Owl employees hoteling in London while traveling on business.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Perform light clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
