About the Role

We are currently seeking a trainee to join our legal team in Luxembourg for a period from 3 to 6 months to assist the team on various topics mainly with a focus on data protection matters, AML/CFT, general contract and corporate law and corporate governance. Your task will include the drafting and the review of documents and contracts, updates and maintenance of the data processing register as well as the keeping of books and records of various entities of the group. You will work as part of a small multicultural team, so we require exceptional work ethics, integrity, and teamwork skills.



Criteria for a successful candidate include:

  • You have obtained or are currently registered for a Master 2 degree in Law with a specialization in business law – a curriculum or a professional experience in data protection law/ good knowledge of the GDPR would be considered as a plus,
  • Solution-oriented, conscientious, well organized, attention to details, adherence to deadlines,
  • Excellent writing and drafting skills,
  • Excellent team spirit and interpersonal communication skills,
  • You have a fluent knowledge of both oral and written French and English – Spanish or Portuguese would be considered as a plus,
  • An outgoing personality, pro-activity and efficiency are qualities we value highly.
